Overview

Fortress Pool Service is seeking reliable, coachable Pool Service Technicians to service residential pools during our peak season. This role is designed for individuals who value structure, consistency, and pride in workmanship. This is not a high-chaos, high-turnover pool company. We operate on systems, checklists, and clear expectations.

Core Responsibilities

- Service residential swimming pools on a consistent weekly route

- Test and balance pool water chemistry accurately

- Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, and related equipment and flag issues early

- Follow Fortress SOPs, digital checklists, and photo documentation at every stop

- Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Reliable transportation to and from the shop

- Comfortable using a smartphone for checklists and photos

- Ability to lift 50 lbs.

- Pool service experience preferred but not required (training provided)
